Tigri
The word "Tigri", short for, Tigrigna is a style of music coming from Ethiopia and Eritra. Ethiopian music uses a distinct modal system that is pentatonic, which made it possible to incoporate the N'goni, and is often characterized by the 6/8 beat used in most popular Tigrigna music.
