Search - six little moments. A composition that represents very much my style at the moment: the first 4 movements represent Chango's vision to give a new form to Chamamé, or better to the entire sound world of the Northeast of the country. The 5 & 6th movement represent two more traditional forms of playing Chamamé. The whole piece represents a 'suite' like chamber music, a new way to play this music.
Cashishi is a rattle, well known from Capoeira, Udu a clay pot drum. The Peruvian cajon comes with a bass cajon.
